1. Service Description

Synvor Sites ("the Service") is a website builder platform operated by Synvor ("we," "us," or "our") at sites.synvor.com. The Service provides tools for creating, customizing, hosting, and publishing professional websites. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Account Terms

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

4. Payment Terms

• Payments are processed securely through Polar.sh, our payment provider.
• Pricing, billing cycles, and plan features are described on our pricing page at the time of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 14 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions will be honoured until their next renewal.

5. Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain full ownership of all content, images, text, and files you create or upload to the platform. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

Our platform: The Service, including its design, templates, code, and branding, is owned by Synvor and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform code or templates outside of the Service.

License to us: By uploading content to the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and serve your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service and publishing your website.

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss resulting from service interruptions. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance in advance.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synvor and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it will be permanently deleted.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Bangladesh.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
